NWAPH launched it’s report on 21st November 2024

We want an education system which is appropriate to, and meets the needs of, all learners.

NWAPH has identified two key areas which underpin the above statement:

1. There is both quantitative and anecdotal evidence across the North West Association of Primary Headteachers (NWAPH) that Headteacher recruitment and retention is facing significant challenge.
2. SEND amongst our children & young people is having the greatest impact upon all other areas of the education system.

The report is a starting point for dialogue and engagement with key influencers within the education sector.
