THE NORTHWEST ASSOCIATION OF PRIMARY HEADTEACHERS (NWAPH) was formed in May 2015 following the closure of National Primary Headteachers (NPH). It is a non-commercial association formed to achieve the best possible education for primary school children by ensuring that the needs and entitlements of those children shall be secured.

What data do we collect?
NWAPH collects the following data:
• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• The school/organisation you work for, your role and school contact information.
Usually, we collect your school/organisation information rather than personal information, unless you prefer to provide personal contact information.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide NWAPH with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
• Register online or fill in our contact form.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
• Connect with us via social media
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
NWAPH may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
• Your school when they engage with us on your behalf.
How will we use your data?
NWAPH collects your data so that we can:
• Invite you to our meetings or events.
• Email you with information following our meetings or about services we think you might like.
• Generate conference/event registers and information for trainers such as your role, phase of education etc.
• Email minutes and materials from meetings attended.
• Maintain attendance registers for our organisation and share with members to facilitate communication within the Association.
If you agree, NWAPH will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.
How do we store your data?
NWAPH securely stores your data at its registered office address, 1 Lakeside Close, Widnes, WA8 8RQ or in our cloud-based online file storage.
We will keep your personal data for three years after your organisation ceases to engage with NWAPH or you request removal of your data. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing your information from our address files.
Marketing
NWAPH would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner organisations engaging with NWAPH. As a representative of your local association, we may use your information on representations sent to various national organisations such as the DFE etc.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop NWAPH from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other associated organisation.
